For our commercial customers, a prompt is generated asking for contact details, billing and shipping information when an order is being placed. This information is integral in the completion of your purchase order. We require this information is required so that we ship the order to the shipping address correctly and to contact you regarding the order status and tracking. The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be received or read by others. Your information is only shared when necessary to complete your order (i.e., your credit card and billing information is shared with our bank for authorization and your delivery address is shared with our shipper).
For Government customers, information is required to be shared on a formal purchase order. The purchase order is assigned a unique internal ‘Eden Code’. The customer’s information given in a purchase Order (PO) is collected against an Eden Code, and the information is stored for billing, shipping, contacting, invoicing and also for feedback purposes. The information is kept secured and no one other than a designated federal sales team is allowed to access the information for the aforesaid purposes.
